There are four United States Service Academies offered to prospective students to include the following:
United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA), United States Military Academy (USMA), United States Naval Academy (USNA), United States Air Force Academy (USAFA)
As part of the Compact of Free Association between Palau and the United States, Palauans are eligible to apply to these Service Academies without United States citizenship if they meet the minimum requirements of good moral character, unmarried with no dependents, and are at least 17 years of age but less than 23 by July 1st of the year you would enter. Those with only Palauan citizenship would not serve in the military upon graduation.
